Many menus are off-putting for the food allergic diner. They may be pages long and give longwinded descriptions. Sometimes, the information is inaccurate or misleading. Could you really be serving more customers purely by making a few changes to your wording? Quite probably, yes. Check that your menu and allergen information is user friendly, accurate, and up to date, so that your customers are not confused or frightened by it.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Within 14 days, no refund is due 15 to 28 days, 50% refund is due 29+ days, full refund less £25 administration fee
