Many menus are off-putting for the food allergic diner. They may be pages long and give longwinded descriptions. Sometimes, the information is inaccurate or misleading. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Within 14 days, no refund is due 15 to 28 days, 50% refund is due 29+ days, full refund less £25 administration fee
