About Food Allergy Friends Limited
Hi, I'm Stella!
Food Allergy Friends was born out of 40 years of experience in hospitality, and a lifetime of food allergies.
I am passionate to share my knowledge and experience with you, to help you cater effectively, confidently, and safely, for those who have food hypersensitivities, such as allergies, intolerances, Coeliac disease, Crohn's disease, IBS, Eosinophilic oesophagitis, Diabetes, etc.
I understand the trials and frustrations of both catering for special diets, and living on a very restricted diet, from first-hand experience.
There is the potential to gain more customers by catering well for special dietary needs. Equally, it is possible to lose everything by getting it terribly wrong though complacency or mis-understanding.
